Tomahawk/Axe Native American Artifact Reproduction by Wilson Boyd. This small tomahawk would have been used as a tool and/or weapon. It is light enough to be used with one hand.
Early tomahawk/axes were made with a stone and wood handle held together with sinew or hide decorated with hair from the horse's mane, beads and feathers. Handles were often wrapped with buckskin. The stone is 2.25" x 3".
This tomahawk was made by a Native American and is a reproduction of an artifact. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity attached to it. It has been well taken care of and is looking for a new home.
