You are looking at a brand new Native American peace pipe. It was just made and has never been used or blessed.

This is genuine Pipestone otherwise known as Catlinite which was quarried by hand from the Sacred quarries located nearby at the Pipestone National Monument. This piece is solid with no cracks or fissures. This pipe is a good size for personal use, or to be shared with a friend or two. It would also make a fine addition to any collection. This is a "Hatched" or "Tomahawk" style pipe.

On both sides of the pipe the etching on top is meant to be a vague drawing of an eagle. On one side of the blade are friendship feathers symbolic of a special bond between two people. On the other side are saplings, each growing taller to represent ones journey and how we grow. However, it is art so the etchings can represent what ever you chose. The bowl alone measures 3 inches long and stands 4 inches tall from the tip of the pipe to the tip of the blade.

The Stem is made from Pine. It measures 9 inches long. Fit snug into the whole when seeded to the pipe and has an excellent seal with no air leaks and a good draw. It is also rubbed with an oil to high light the natural beaty of the wood grain.

This stem is decorated with a random assortment of different color beads laid on deer hide leather fringes. The stem is only intended to be inserted into the pipe as far as the fit marks on the flange of the stem and NOT all the way up to the shoulders of the stem. Inserting it further than what it is designed for you run the risk of breaking the pipe. Insert the stem with a gentle twist.

When seeded together the pipe and stem measure 811-1/2 inches long. Each pipe is very unique in its own way. Be sure to look closely at the photos. Each pipe is truly one of a kind with its own individual characteristics. I have photos of the pipe and stem joined together to show you that it is drilled straight.

All my items are handmade. These are not 3D printed, or made on a machine. A lineal descendent of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Tribe although not enrolled myself. In the event you are not happy, please contact me first and I will work with you to fix the situation prior to leaving feedback.
