NATIVE AMERICAN BEADED. Panel POWWOW DANCE REGALIA for the waist

Native Indian Beaded Dance Regalia flat panel the goes below the waist and you wear around your waist l I'm not sure what it is called but I know it It is a type of Ceremonial dance Regalia l. From one of the many Native Indians that came in my shop in Seattle.

It is made from animal hide, most likely deer hide please look at pictures. Waist size is at least 28 inches but it is strechy so ic can be a bit bigger. Sadly I had this stored in a bin and not properly laid out so it has some folds in it not in perfect condition, if you read this and have more knowledge let me know, , check out the pictures.
