Up for consideration fine Native American Indian hand carved store advertising trade sign or Weathervane Fragment on custom made made to order base. The overall dimensions are 29.25 inches in height whereas the piece itself measures 25.75 by 6.75. It really has a great look. It is carved only on one side...

And has a series of nails along the neck line and head dress and a drilled hole at the top. It may have been mounted flat to a wall or sign. It was recently acquired from a great old huge Custom made log cabin estate tucked away in the woods in Northern Michigan. I have been listing some 19th Century things that came from this advanced collector of which some pieces came with the original receipts that the person bought in late 70's in into the 80's...
